I received a call from 1 of my customer, he was asking me how to do a proper funeral for his pets?
Actually our company provided this service too but a lot of people will do it by their own.

Here I just want to share what is pets funeral  and how it do?

Normally when pets pass way their owner will burial them somewhere near they home. This is the what we do all the time, but actually we can go to cremation center provide by the government to retrieval the ashes and burial it on the place you like. You can burial it on the garden of your house if you have.

1. No others family members worship you ancestor etc your brothers or uncles
2. You are the eldest among your brothers
3. Your home no place for ancestral alter
4. If you having hard time in your life maybe is your ancestor problem, try to find out who are worship them currently and make some changes.
5. If you have no son you should pre-plan for yourself because in Chinese tradition daughter will not allow to worship their own ancestor after marriage.

"Loss" The Fear Of This Word

Yesterday I attended a workshop about what we do & what we shouldn't do during the funeral ceremony.
From this workshop, I learn a really good lesson on one word.

"Loss"

So I take this opportunity to share what I have learned & inspired yesterday


When we are young, we learn a lot of things from our parents, teachers, friends & many more. What I notice is everything we learn is how we can get or achieve something from our life but we never learn how if we lose something in our life. In-home, my mom asks me to study hard so I can get a good job after graduate & when I in school teacher teach how score my exam so I can get my certificate, But never have a place to learn how if I lost something, how do I handle the situation or what should I do after I losing something. As a human being, we all fear about many things in ours life. We will fear about the thing that we do not know or we do not understand.

The word 'Loss' is something that we all very fear for.

We all fear of losing our job, losing our money, losing our girlfriend or boyfriend & many more. Because will not know what will happen after we lose it. Sometimes the thing you lost can be replaced it from the time being but what about  your loss something that you can't replace it forever. Someone you loved for, your parent, your spouse or your best friend. We all fear for this happening.

We have to control our fear or conquer our fear for this word but how we can do it?We have to study this word and understand it to conquer our fear for this word.
Many Gurus said " Nothing in life is to be feared but to be understood "
After you understand the word 'Loss', you will start to face it  or accept it because what happen already been happening. I know, if we lose something we will be feeling sad or grief but we also need to face it to continue our journey. If we keep avoiding the thing we fear the thing will become more worst and worst.
I'm not a professional to teach people how to face the fear or to understand a word 'Loss' but I here to share what I feel for this word. Everyone are fear of loss but what is the loss that you fear most? Maybe you thinking is life. You all fear to lose your life, am I correct? Let me tell you what really fear for all the people I met when they are facing death. they never fear of death when they know it will happen but they fear of many things that you all miss looking out. They fear that they can't take care their loved ones, their fear that after they death what will happen to his/her children or elders who still living (who gonna take care of them when I gone), they fear a lot of things that after the death.
Like my father, when I was young my father & mother was divorce. I follow my mother to KL and my father & older brother stay at Batu Pahat, Johor. We lost contact till my father have a fourth stage lung cancer and the doctor said he can't last for 2 months. My father only wish is to find back my mother & me before he passed away. My elder brother came to KL search for me & my mother so we can go back to see our father for the last time. After my brother found us, we all go back to Batu Pahat to visit my father. My father was not fear for the death, my father just fear that he has no much time to stay with us because we lose contact for 14 years. So he wishes that can gain more & more time with us but after all he passed away after a week later. What I realise is when the time really comes, what you think about is the life not death.

So you all can try this word 'Loss' or other words that you fear. Try to face it, conquer it with understanding the meaning of the word you fear.

Year 3  - RM 34,607.00 + 6% inflation rate = RM 36,683.00

Year 4  - RM 36,683.00 + 6% inflation rate = RM 38,884.00

Year 5  - RM 38,884.00 + 6% inflation rate = RM 41,217.00

In just 5 years follow by the current inflation rate the package different  more than 10 thousand.

How Important to have a Pre-Plan Funeral Service.

I have couple of story to share and is a real life story. I'm not making it on my own

Story 1:

One of my schoolmate father passes away when we are 17 years old. My schoolmate grow up without his mother, just him, his brother(1 year older) & his father. When it happen, my schoolmate doesn't know what to do at all since he & his brother is still young to handle this kind of situation. Moreover, all his relatives are not in KL. My schoolmate is out off mind, just keep blaming his self for not staying with his father for the last time. His brother doesn't know what to do and just keep inform all the relatives & friend. 

What happening is.... 

I get the call on 6.00PM that day and i rush there after finish my part-time job. When i reach my schoolmate there was around 11.00pm and what i so surprise that my schoolmate haven't done  anything about the funeral. I so surprise and ask what have you done in this few hours? He reply, i only contact the relatives & friend and don't know what else to do. 

After a while I talk with my schoolmate, One of his brother friend arrive and he notice the same thing I do and said 'what are you both doing, most important now is your father funeral ceremony. Don't be just sit here & do nothing'. Everyone, there was agreed with him and he start calling the funeral company to help. It was so luckily to have this friend here. We all know is a very sad day but what have to be done, must be done. 

What we learn from this story:

A lot of young generation have no experience for the funeral. If not from his brother friend helps, we all don't know what to do too. If my schoolmate father had a pre-planning, his son will know what to do and have our Funeral Consultant (FC) to help him. 

Story 2:

This happen to my friend also my colleuge in Nirvana and is the most piss off and sadness story

His  parent pass away when he was very young (14 years old). What so pity is no relatives was offered any help to him. What he can do is, find a casket retailer & ask for services & pricing. The shop charges him for RM8000 that time. My friend has no money to paid it at all. So the shop owner asks him to do as he plans and invite as many guests as you can to gather all the money given. If can't cover the cost the shop owner offers installment for the balance. In the end, my friend funeral can cover up by the money from guest given. After all been done, his relative complain that the funeral service not been done in the proper way. This is most making me mad about. When happening you no help, after done only you sound out this no good that no good but you do not realize that your nephew no money to pay for the proper funeral.

What we learn from this story:

If his parent pre-planning with installment plan,  his son won't be suffer like that and can have a proper funeral ceremony.

Story 3:

This happen to a lot of the family that i handle

After I join this company, I have an opportunity to serve instant case. What I seen in the instant case that some of the family arguing when the time come. Due to different opinion for the funeral service they start arguing between relatives or among brothers sisters. Some of them want to have a proper funeral, some of them just want a cheap funeral, some of them want some luxury funeral and some of them don't want to get involve at all. So the situation getting worst & worst every time I handle this kind of situation. After what we sharing now, this kind of situation getting lesser. A lot of my customer having a pre-needs package with them so a lot of misunderstandings  will be avoided. 

What we learn here:

If you have a pre-planning a lot of bad things you can avoid to happens. When the time really come, our company will do the arrangement as you plan.
